Don’t Pollute the world
Hello My name is Cassandra and I will be talking about Pollution.
What is Pollution you might be asking? It’s where every country/nation make the world a cleaner place by following the law and stop littering, when you finish your food or drink put it in the rubbish bin so the place looks clean but if you don’t and you litter you would technically be killing earth because of the pollution, And did you know that each year 1.2 trillion gallons of untreated sewage,stormwater, and industrial waste are dumped into US water and also air pollution is one of the Uk’s biggest killers. Inhaling the air pollution can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.
My Rugby Goal
When I grow up I want to be one of the best rugby players. I want to win games and I want to achieve my goal of being one of the best tacklers or runners. I want to train hard enough to be able to run fast and tackle hard. I also want to be able to score tries for my team so my team can win a game.
I started rugby at 7 years old but I was playing for my brother polini’s team and his team was 2 years older than me. my mum put me with my brother cause she didn’t bother to put me in a different team. Then when she saw I could take the hits and stuff she left me to play for that team and my mum was the person that inspired me.
Today we painted the Southern Lights for matariki. We are celebrating Matariki on 24th june in New Zealand. Matariki is a Maori New year celebration. This year for the first time it is a public holiday.
I personally liked when we used the pastels because it was nice and easy but when we were ripping the paper it was a little difficult because i had an idea in my head but when I was ripping it it wasn’t ripping as i planned it to be but i didn’t mind so i just carried on.
The art I would like to do next is either about Easter, New years, Good friday, Queens birthday, Anzac day, Waitangi day, Day after new years day, and halloween or any other national holiday.
